WELCOME to Santa Ana, Cagayan. Also known as "The Paradise of the Northeast". For me, I will describe the place as the "Second Pagudpod", only farther. This is also the "Cagayan Special Economic zone and Freeport" where the "Port of Irene" is located. Beaches and resorts are also located in Santa Ana, Cagayan.
